I took a chance and chose this salon based on Yelp reviews vs. word of mouth. My stylist, Morgan, did an amazing job on making my hair so healthy and fabulous looking..goodbye ponytail! I caught myself swinging my new do whilest walking out of the salon. Along with some mad hair skills, Morgan is very personable and sweet. She was very helpful in helping me decide what style to go with and educated me on different coloring techniques and products without being pushy. -Patty C

As other reviewers have stated, Tonya is fabulous. I actually found this place through Yelp and even used their easy Yelp booking tool to book my first few appointments. I've never had a regular hairstylist or even cut my hair more than 2-3 times a year but I am so happy with Tonya that I look forward to appointments with her every 6-8 weeks. I would recommend Tonya and Studio 3 Eleven to anyone. -Jenna M

There's a reason why this place has 5 stars all around, it's because they have such amazing customer service and they actually give you tips in how to maintain your hair. I got a last minute appointment with Liz and they all acted like it was nothing. Do you know how many places would have turned me down or not responded to me for scheduling so damn late?!
They were able to set up an appointment for me on a day THAT THEY WERE CLOSED.
After 5 years of living in Louisville I think I've finally found a good salon. The girl that did my hair was Liz and she really did give me a lot of excellent advice on how to manage my unruly hair. She even ran me through how to properly curl my hair which was highly appreciated. Kayla K
This is a fabulous salon. I have been going to Tonya for years. I love her work and her personality. She is flexible and prompt. I always send my family and friends to her and they love her work. She can work wonders and can fix anything. Believe me she can even do makeovers. She is is current on the latest styles and product. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with Tonya or her stylists. I absolutely LOVE having Ryan cut, highlight, and style my hair. He always has great ideas for highlights, and he has introduced me to my new favorite products with the Kevin Murphy line (I was obsessed with Aveda before and will never go back now)! Tiffany M
